29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace (Reference 1926.103): a) On or about February 11, 2020 in Unit 4 employees were exposed to medical health hazards when required to wear powered air supply respirators and the employer did not ensure the employees were provided a medical evaluation before being required to use a respirator.
