Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards such as, but not limited to, falls during job site operations. Two employees were exposed to falls of a roughly 13 feet and 3 inches to the level below while performing roofing activities. No form of fall protection was in place. The employees did not recognize the hazards associated with working from an elevated location without the benefit of conventional fall protection.
