29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent. On or about February 12, 2020: Employees working in the production area and using a torque wrench to tighten bolts are exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) noise exposure of 85 decibels or more. The employer did not establish a hearing conservation program. (a) Employee on Line #1 was exposed to noise at a TWA of 87.6 decibels. Sample time of 436 minute. (b) Employee on Line #4 was exposed to noise at a TWA of 90.5 decibels. Sample time of 441 minutes.

(b) Employee on Line #4 was exposed to noise a at TWA of 90.5 decibels. Sample time 441 minutes.
