OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Work site was located at 1157 US-46, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ 07054 An employee was exposed to struck by hazards as he was working from a JLG 460SJ Telescoping Boom Lift in active lanes of traffic within the Target parking lot to remove and replace a security camera without any traffic control devices placed around the lift and its work zone to redirect traffic away from the machine and its operation. Violation occurred on or about February 12, 2020
