29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about February 11, 2020, the employer, Fair Auto and Truck Parts, exposed employees to electrical hazards in that there was not a three (3) foot clearance from two electrical panels in the automobile shop.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about February 11, 2020, and at times prior, the employer, Fair Auto and Truck Parts, LLC, exposed employees to chemical hazards in that they did not develop or implement an updated written hazard communication program to address the hazardous chemicals currently used in the workplace and the hazards associated with those chemicals. A written hazards communication program shall include the following elements, as applicable: 1. An inventory of all hazardous chemicals in the workplace; 2. Labeling; 3. Maintaining of Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals, ensuring accessibility for employees; 4. Training; 5. Periodic review to address changes in the workplace.
