29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) Gator Dock & Marine, LLC - An employee was injured and admitted to the hospital of January 20, 2020. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on January 20, 2020 and notified OSHA on February 3, 2020. b) Gator Dock & Marine, LLC - An employee suffered a fingertip amputation at the end of their finger on January 28, 2020. The employer was aware of the incident on January 28, 2020 and notified OSHA on February 3, 2020.
