Flushing, NY An employee using the top step of an A-frame ladder as a step installed a stairway frame on the second floor of the house. The employee was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 7 ft. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
