29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On February 12, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 24.5 feet while performing carpentry work. RSM Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1284176, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1628 N. Evergreen Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
