29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels: (a) On or about 02/19/2020 - Extruder department, the employer did not provide audiograms to employees exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 95.6. decibels. The sampling was performed for 458 minutes during one shift on 02/19/2020. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time of 22 minutes. (b) On or about 02/19/2020 - Extruder department, the employer did not provide audiograms to employees exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 96.7 decibels. The sampling was performed for 425 minutes during one shift on 02/19/2020. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time of 55 minutes. (c) On or about 02/19/2020 - Floater department, the employer did not provide audiograms to employees exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 93.5 decibels.
