Jobsite located at 868R Vauxhall Street Extension, Waterford, Connecticut:  On, or about, January 28, 2020, a pair of Marigold class 00 voltage rated gloves was used by an employee who performed live electrical diagnostic testing.  The last testing date on the gloves was February, 2016.     B.  Jobsite located in the vicinity of Montville, Connecticut:  On, or about, January 30, 2020, personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, safety glasses had not been provided to an employee who used a Milwaukee drill to drill mounting holes for electrical equipment.
