29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:  935 Riverdale St., West Springfield, MA: On or about January 23, 2020, an employee was observed working from the working level of a welded tubular steel scaffold system which was not fully planked.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
