29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:    a) Assembly Area, 214 Industrial Lane, Alum Bank, PA 15521:  On or about January 27, 2020, top rails and mid rails stored on a cart were not stable and secure from sliding or collapse.  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while hooking up rigging equipment to the top and mid rails so that they could be lifted with an overhead crane.
