29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about February 14, 2020, on the roof of a two story residential building under construction, where employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding six feet when installing roofing material, without a fall protection system in place.  Mario Barranga Rojas was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1176412, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11071 Walts Run Ln., Cypress TX 77433.
