29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition: a) Metal product polishing room, 24 Ames Boulevard, Hamburg, NJ 07419. An employee polishing metal cylinder products was exposed to fire/explosion hazards posed by inadequate housekeeping in that a 1/4 inch deep accumulation of waste dust was allowed to accumulate over horizontal surfaces. The dust generated during polishing operations was found to be explosive. Violation occurred on or about 2/14/2020.
