29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): Chemical manufacturers, importers, or distributors did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 On or about February 11, 2020, employees were exposed to chemical while using degreaser, glass cleaner and fabuloso in spray bottles, without any form of label or markings as to the chemicals identity.
