29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects: a) On or about February 14, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard, while cutting granite with a Makita Angle Grinder, Model #9564PC without eye protection. b) On or about February 14, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard, while cutting granite with a Skilsaw Circular Saw, Model #SPT79-00 without eye protection. c) On or about February 14, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard, while cutting granite with a GMC Circular Saw, Model #R14UL without eye protection.
