29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   Intuitive Surgical Inc., Norcross, GA - On or about 02/10/2020, at 5655 Spalding Dr., Norcross, GA, 30092 employees were exposed to corrosives chemicals, including but not limited to VAPROX HC Sterilant and Chlorhexidine Scrub 4% while performing cleaning. The employer did not ensure employees used the proper eye protection while working with corrosives chemicals, instead only provided eye shield covers.

Intuitive Surgical Inc., Norcross, GA - On or about 02/10/2020, at 5655 Spalding Dr., Norcross, GA, 30092 employees were exposed to fire hazards when the employer provided fire extinguisher but expected employees to evacuate the facility and did not develop an Emergency Action Plan and provide the procedures for emergency evacuation, including type of evacuation and exit route assignments to meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.38.
