29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guard rail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about 14 February 2020, and at times prior thereto, three workers were performing plastering activities on a low-slope roof for a commercial building under construction without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet 4 inches to the ground.
