Condition observed on or about 02/18/20. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a- 1716 Route 206 North, Tabernacle NJ: Company employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below when performing sign installation and other related activities from the upper buck of a rolling, prefabricated, tubular welded framed scaffold whose active walking/working surfaces were not fully planked. Condition observed on or about 02/18/20. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
