29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a). On or about 02/14/18, at 133-36 37th Ave, Flushing, NY. Employees were relocating cables for heating units on live panel boxes with 440 volts located on the 2nd floor. Arch flash occurred and burned the employee's face. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTAIOTN IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR1903.19.
