29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)AMS Building Systems, LLC at 1417 Cornell Street, Vermillion, SD 57069: On or about and at times prior to February 18, 2020, AMS Building Systems, LLC, as the controlling employer did not ensure subcontracted employees were protected from falls over six feet while conducting roofing activities on an 6/12 pitch residential roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of over six feet.
