29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a) Schrunk Roofing LLC at 1417 Cornell Street, Vermillion, SD 57069:  On or about and at times prior to February 18, 2020, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing operations on a residential property, had been trained to recognize the hazards associated with working at elevations over 6 feet. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Employees working on-site had not received fall protection training before working at elevations over 6 feet.  The condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling from an elevation of approximately 13 feet.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  The condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling from an elevation of approximately 13 feet.
