29 CFR 1910.303(a): The conductors and/or equipment required or permitted by this subpart were not approved.  Modified electrical components on the production floor are subjecting employees to the electrical hazards created.  This was most recently documented on 2/19/2020 at Eilers Machine & Welding at 600 Centennial Road Lexington, NE 68850.  The Jet 1680 Lathe had angle iron attached to the control panel, and a duplex outlet box installed on same control panel.  These items were attached with hardware that passed through the control panel and subject to electrical current.  These electrical currents pose an electrical shock, electrocution hazard to employees.
