29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: At the 7 North Bridge Street/56 Canal Street Site in Holyoke, MA: On or about February 19, 2020, the employer had not instructed employees on site, who had lead exposure from lead-containing materials (LCM) already in place on the job, in the hazards of lead and in engineering and work practice controls available to reduce or eliminate exposure to lead.
