29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a) Mill Shop Area: On or about March 3, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to hazards of unlabeled container without identification of the hazard of the chemical and identification of the contents in a hand sprayer that contained a flammable liquid called LPS 1 Greaseless lubricant.

29 CFR 1910.265(c)(20)(i),Blower and Exhaust Systems, 450. Explosion Relief Venting, American National Standards Z33.1-1961, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.265(c)(20(i): Explosion relief vents should be provided on all duct systems used for conveying materials which form an explosive mixture with air. Explosion vents shall have a cross sectional area not less than the cross sectional area of the duct vented. Vents should be provided where direction of flow is changed and at the maximum elevation in the system: a) Wood Dust Collection system in Mill Area: On or about February 19th, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure explosion relief vents were provided for the dust collection system.
