29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) On or about February 19, 2020, and at times prior, the employer did not have a written hazard communication program in place. A written hazard communication program is to include the following elements and describes how the criteria will be met: 1. A list or inventory of all hazardous chemicals in the workplace; 2. Labelling of workplace chemicals where required; 3. Maintain safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace; 4. Inform and train employees on the hazardous chemicals in the workplace. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
