29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  On 2/13/2020, at the job site located at 3361 Deaton Trail, Buford, Ga., the employer was not performing inspections of job sites so as to prevent various safety and health hazards including subcontracted employees working on 10:12 pitch roofs and exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 ft. to lower levels.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).    On 2/13/2020, at the job site located at 3361 Deaton Trail, Buford, Ga., on the 10:12 pitch roof, subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 ft. to lower levels as they worked on a residential job site performing punch-out roof work.     Roof Depot of Central Florida, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1165423, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2414 Oxmore Drive, Lot 134, Deland, Florida.    Roof Depot of Central Florida, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131612, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11613 Annie Mae Place, Jacksonville, Florida.    Roof Depot of Central Florida, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131616, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/22/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8600 Homeplace Drive, Jacksonville, Florida.
