On the rooftop of Building 5, located at 1462 Solera Terrace, Jacksonville FL: On or about February 20, 2020, the employer exposed subcontractors employees to a 19-foot 9 inches fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees performing framing work. b.
