29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On or about February 20, 2020, and at times prior, the employer, Redstone Education, LP, dba McAir Aviation, did not ensure surfaces of the workplace were kept free from Lead in a manner that was as low as practicable. Based upon Lead wipe sampling data of various surfaces, employees were potentially overexposed to lead due to a poorly implemented housekeeping program. Lead wipe samples ranged from 9.2 to 3702 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters on surfaces including the spark plug workbench; mobile workbench; supervisor's desk; worker's desk, right shoe sole, and right glove; and the coffee cabinet area.
