Burgess Road in Pensacola, Florida: On or about February 19, 2019, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals, in that a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided to employees who stored and used hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to "Anson" and "Master Tint" paints and "Washington Alloy Co." MIG welding wire during spray-painting and welding operations.

MIG welding wire during spray-painting and welding operations.
