29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration:; Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person.   Location: On the Scaffolding System   On or about 2/20/2020, an employee was exposed to falls from heights up to 14' to the ground while installing siding on an Alum-A-Pole Scaffolding System where the scaffold system did not meet the Manufacturer's Safety Requirements and the company did not have a Competent Person qualified in scaffold erection to supervise and direct the employees on site
