This was most recently evident during an inspection conducted on February 20, 2020 at the facility located at 9425 N 48th St., Omaha, NE 68152. The employer has employees working on various pieces of equipment without having developed and implemented adequate written procedures that specifically identify the steps necessary to control the release of stored energy.
