29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level, On or about 02/20/2020 and at times prior, Location: between the 2nd and the 3rd floor of Building #6 Vista Trace, 15450 SW 284 Street Homestead FL 33030, 1) Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14ft in height, while working on the 3rd tier of a scaffold that was not provided with an adequate guardrail system nor provided with other means of fall protection. Vallejos Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1289891, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/01/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2146 Overseas Hwy Marathon FL 33050.
