29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): Each employer having an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. On or about February 19, 2020, a written exposure control plan was not implemented for employees that have occupational exposure to blood. Employees were exposed to bloodborne pathogens. No certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer shall train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section. Such training must be provided at no cost to the employee and during working hours. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. On or about February 19, 2020, the employer did not implement a training program for employees with occupational exposure to blood. Employees did not receive initial or annual training as required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)A and 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)B. No certification or documentation required for this item.
