29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Building Exterior: Employees were working from an unprotected framed edge in which a means of fall protection was not utilized exposing the workers to fall hazards of approximately 11ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 02/19/2020. RSR General Construction LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1415810, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 09/13/2019 with respect to a work place located at 333 Route 17N, Mahwah NJ 07430.
