29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  a) On or about February 21,  2020 and in times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazards of electrical shock by working near an electrical outlet not having a proper receptacle faceplate.  Note) Abatement certification IS required.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Identification, splices, and terminations.  Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  a) On or about February 21, 2020 and in times prior thereto, an 120 VAC cord was not provided with proper strain relief, exposing employees to the hazards of electrical shock.  Note) Abatement certification IS required.
