29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(16): Portable ladder(s) with structural defects, such as, but not limited to, broken or missing rungs, cleats, or steps, broken or split rails, corroded components, or other faulty or defective components, were not either immediately.  a- Building Exterior (Garage Roof): An employee engaged in siding activities was exposed to fall hazards as a portable ladder for access was not free of defects. Condition noted or about 02/21/2020.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a- Building Exterior (Roof):  An employee engaged in siding activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10ft as a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition noted or about 02/21/2020.  S & S Construction Services Corp was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1413287, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 09/30/2019 with respect to a work place located at Building 59, 5901-5906 Tudor Drive Pompton Plains NJ 07440. This Citation became a final order on DCAT.
