29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard began, the building and/or facility owner(s) did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the worksite pursuant to 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(1): a) On or about February 4, 2020, the employer did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material which was part of the ZSK building roof prior to demolition. Employees were exposed to asbestos hazards. b) On or about February 4, 2020, the employer did not notify employees performing demolition of ZSK roof in writing of the presence and the quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material in the roof. Employees were exposed to asbestos hazards. No abatement documentation is required for this item.

Employees were exposed to asbestos hazards. No abatement documentation is required.
