29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components did not conform to the criteria in 29 CFR 1926.502 (Appendix G to this subpart):    a)  St. Lukes, W. Valley Road, Center Valley, PA, Worksite - On or about February 20, 2020, employees performing steel erection activities, approximately 16 feet above grade, were utilizing a combination of equipment that not suitable for their use nor was it installed per the criteria in 29 CFR 1926.502 and their related manufacturers' instructions.
