This violation was most recently documented on February 21, 2020 at a worksite located at or near 4430 S. 110 Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. There was an electrical conduit box in the Ground Beef processing room that had a loose cover exposing electrical conductors in a wet or damp location.
