This condition exposed the employees in the area to caught-in-between and crushing injuries caused by unprotected points of operation.     (b)   D&D Commodities at 420 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631:  On and before February 21, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the machinery located at the bottom of the Jar Line Palletizer #6 was provided with guards on both sides to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by the vertically moving pallet lift inside. This condition exposed the employees in the area to caught-in-between and crushing injuries caused by unprotected points of operation.
