29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a. 95 Longwood Dr. (Block 81.00 Lot 66), Monroe Township, NJ - Venue at Monroe  Ladders were used in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.  Employees engaged in residential framing activities worked from the top step of a fiberglass A-frame ladder and used the top step as a means to install the top plate of the wall.  Violation observed on or about February 21, 2020
