29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a)  6th and 7th floor terraces, West Side of Building - Masons were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard to the brick patio below because they were not provided with fall protection while replacing the cap stones on the top of a parapet wall.     (b)  Roof Level, West Side of Building - Masons were not provided with fall protection while crossing the area of the flat roof and were exposed to a 70 foot fall hazard.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
