29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about February 25, 2020, at the northeast side of the building, employees utilized an aerial lift at an elevated height of approximately 10-feet to install insulation on the construction building without his lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the aerial lift.
