29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: a) Workplace, outdoor recycling materials trailer- Employees placing recycling bins inside a trailer worked at the unprotected edge of a dockplate that was 52" above the ground below; on or about 1/10/20. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
