29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Three Story Apartment Complex (Exterior Rear): Employees engaged in installing bricks to an exterior wall, were exposed to a struck by hazard. The employer did not provide employees with protective helmets, thus exposing employees to a struck by hazard, on or about 2/25/20.
