29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Iced Coffee Brewer: On, or about, February 21, 2020, the power cord provided for the Bunn Infusion Series coffee maker was not secured in the male plug fitting. The outer insulation had slipped from the plug attachment, exposing the inner conductors.
