29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater : (a) On or about February 25, 2020, in the northeast corner of the Pour Room, the working space around, and in front the two Electric Breaker Switch boxes was being used for the storage of hand tools, assorted sheet metal pieces and wheel barrow(s). This condition did not allow sufficient entrance, and access to the two 120/240 volt electrical panels/disconnects.

29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment were not marked giving voltage, current, wattage or other ratings as necessary: (a) On or about February 25, 2020, in the northeast corner of the Pour Room, electrical panels that were being used to supply 120/240 volt power to facility equipment were not properly marked to alert employee(s) as to the associated voltage in use, and the related hazards. This exposed employee(s) to potential electric shock and arc flash hazard.
