29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(viii)(A): The industrial truck was not equipped with a safety platform/cage firmly secured to the lifting carriage and/or forks when used for lifting personnel: On or about February 18, 2020, an employee was allowed to work from a basket that was elevated on the forks of an industrial truck that was not secured to the lifting carriage or forks of the forklift, exposing the employee to fall hazards.
