29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 1755 Cannon Gate Dr., Lot 29 Cannon Gate, Opelika, Alabama:  On or about February 26, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform brick masonry activities from a two buck high scaffold with a outrigger work platform that measured only 8 inches wide exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 13 feet 7 inches to the ground below.
